Working principle
The single beam produced by the laser is finally produced, and split into multiple (200-500 beams) very thin laser beams by multiple optical fibers or a complex high-speed rotating optical splitting system. The light and dark features of the information are formed into a visual image after the light and dark changes of the laser beam are formed. After focusing, batches of micro-lasers are directly shot onto the plate for marking work. After scanning the marking plate, the latent image of the image is formed on the printing plate. After the meridian, the image information on the computer screen is restored on the printing plate for direct printing by the offset press. The diameter of each micro laser beam and the shape of other light intensity radiation determine the clarity and fineness of the latent image of the image on the printing plate.
The diameter of the scanned light spot is enlarged to approximately a circle (ideally), the higher the definition of the latent image. It depends on the mechanical time and electronic control. The multiple short systems of the laser beam determine the long scanning time. The more the micronumber, the shorter the time for etching the printing plate. Now, the weekly diameter has grown to 4.6 microns, which is equivalent to a printing accuracy of 600lpi that can be etched. The output power and energy density of this single version is equivalent to 500 pieces. Etching a folio printing time can be completed in 3 minutes. (The laser energy generated per unit area rise, the unit is Joule/square inch), the faster the radiation speed. However, too high power also produces the working life of the laser, which reduces the negative effects of broadcast quality.
